Returns Policy

We understand you are buying a product based on an image therefore we are happy to exchange or refund items within 14 days of purchase. We are determined to make every customer happy with and in our products as we are also determined to stop landfill fashion.

Our policy lasts 14 days. This means you need to contact us by sending us an email to blueiguanaboutique@gmail.com. You have 14 days to do this. If the 14 days have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit note, refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Art work - Printed to order
Swimwear
Earrings

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with order number and full name attached.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. It will automatically be applied to the card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you haven't received a refund yet, there is often some processing time before a refund is credited to your account.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
