Why are frog fish called frog fish? Because they hop?
Perfectly camouflaged this is one of those fish Scuba Divers only dream of spotting. It sits lifeless waiting for a fish to pass by. Then it will open its mouth and with a huge suction swallow the fish in one. It only does 'fast-food' one blink and it is gone.
We were lucky enough to find this guy at Gato Island in Malapascua, Not far from Cebu, Phillipines- 6/5/16
